The 23 state-of-the-art CT Service Plazas are located along CT I-95, CT RT-15 (Merritt Parkway) and CT I-395. We are open 24/7 with each offering a variety of leading hospitality and retail brands – including McDonald's, Dunkin, Chipotle, Panda Express, Panera Bread, Subway, Auntie Anne's and Alltown Convenience Stores/Mobil Gas Stations.


All plazas have clean restrooms, high speed fiber connected WiFi and backup power generators for use during power outages that provide services to travelers.  We have Electric Vehicle charging with Tesla and Applegreen Electric providing Universal EV super charging.

Sustainability

Sustainability has been an important core value to the redevelopment of the service plazas. We continue to look for sustainable initiatives to enhance our commitment to the environment and Connecticut:
  • Utilization of Solar Arrays for electricity generation
  • Install Reflective Roofs to reduce heat absorption
  • Use of Heat Pump Systems to reduce heating/cooling impact
  • Water efficient landscaping that requires no irrigation
  • Water efficient plumbing fixtures and heaters
  • Retain existing building components when possible
  • Recycle over 75% of demolition waste
  • Use recyclable construction materials when possible
  • Use low-volatile odor compound adhesives and materials
  • Reduce Light Pollution via energy efficient lights with leak-reduction shields

    Are all the service plaza locations open? What are the hours?

        Yes! All of the CT Service Plazas are open 24/7.  For tenant hours, please click on the service plaza location you want to visit and the tenant hours are provided.

    I lost something – how can I try to get it back?

        We recommend if possible, going to the location to find your lost item as that would be fasted. You can also contact us below and someone will reach out to you to try and help. 


        All Lost & Found items are kept for 30 days.

    Do you allow overnight parking for passenger vehicles?

        No, overnight parking is not allowed and unattended vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.  If a patron remains in the vehicle and chooses to “rest” during the night – that is allowed. We do not offer a pay-to-park option.

    Are pets allowed?

        Only service animals are allowed inside the service plazas.  We offer pet walking areas at each of the sites so you can get out and stretch those legs with your pet.

    Are family restrooms available?

        All ten of the I-95 locations have family restrooms. 

    What is the food/beverage options?

    Do all locations have WIFI?

        All service plazas have high-speed, secure wifi – simply connect to the ctserviceplaza network at the plazas.

    Do you have RV dump stations?

        No, there are no RV dump sites at the Service Plazas and the listing of RV dump sites at Rest Areas can be found at the link below:

    Are there showers?

        No.

    Can I purchase an E-Z Pass at one of your locations?

        No, Connecticut does not have EZ Pass.

    Are the service plazas open on holidays?

        Yes, they are open 24/7.

    Are the truck gas fill stations at the Darien NB plaza only diesel or are there regular gas pumps too?

        All the pumps under the truck canopy are diesel, no regular gas pumped in this area.

    I have a question about the rest stops, not the service plazas.

        This website is for the service plazas on I-95, I-395, Wilbur Cross Highway and Merritt Parkway.  These Service plaza facilities are operated on behalf of the DOT by the contractor named Project Services, LLC. For information regarding other highways click here:
